Essential storage

Supports account authentication, security, and requested app functionality. Your cookie preference is stored in this browser for 180 days; deleting it or using another browser prompts a new choice.

Analytics (optional)

PostHog uses browser storage to measure page visits and selected product events. These can be linked to your account. Session replay and automatic click capture are disabled. Prompts, replies, and file contents are excluded from these analytics events.

Affiliate attribution (optional)

Rewardful uses first-party referral cookies, and our referral cookie stores an affiliate identifier for up to 30 days. These help credit referring partners. Rewardful retention follows the affiliate program configuration.

Change or withdraw your choice at any time. We respect Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals for optional tracking. Turning off affiliate tracking after it has loaded refreshes the page to stop that integration; it does not sign you out.

• No using your prompts to train external foundation models.

• Providers that help us operate: AWS (authentication and file storage), backend hosting, support tools.
• AI vendors we call on your behalf via our backend (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Gemini) receive only the content needed to generate responses.
• PDF extraction is handled by our backend API; uploaded PDFs are sent only for the extraction you request.
• Disclosures required by law, regulatory request, or to prevent harm.
• Cross-border transfers follow contractual and regional safeguards.

• Encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest (AES-256).
• Role-based access with logging and least-privilege controls.
• Default log retention: 30 days for standard users, up to 365 days for Pro/Enterprise unless deleted sooner.
• Chat history, uploaded files, and extracted text are stored with your account until you delete them or ask us to remove them (subject to legal holds).
• Data deleted when you close your account or request removal, subject to legal holds.
